Hello! And welcome to my blog. 20 years in the making, it took becoming middle-aged to figure out how to balance life..because of course, I thought I knew it all in my 30's and 40's 😂. 

RebelHealth, as a company, was my vision to help educate, motivate and inspire women...mostly women, because well, I AM take control of their health and happiness.  Without health, it's hard to be happy. Without fitness it's hard to be healthy...don't you hate it when everything's connected? Me too, but it IS all connected, and you really DO have to focus on all of it.  

I can help...I've tried it all and seen it all..well, a lot of it. Here's the secret: clean up your diet (for crying out loud), get some fitness in your life, find things that make you happy, and be social. It's really not that much, but the combo is powerful.
